James P. Reilly has over eighteen years of diversified business experience in both recruiting and financial management. Jim spent the last eight years in the search business, successfully starting, managing, and growing the permanent placement division of a Providence-based firm, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals. Previously Jim was a Senior Financial Manager with one of the largest accessories distributors in the United States. He was also the Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst with a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards Incorporated
Jim is a graduate of Bryant College in Smithfield, RI where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in accounting. He is a member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, American Management Association and the Providence Jewelers Club.
Daniel J. Riccitelli, CPC, CTS

Daniel J. Riccitelli began his staffing career with a large national search firm in 1991, where he was responsible for the firm's temporary placement of accounting and finance professionals. Dan later became Operations Manager for the temporary staffing division of a local firm, where he grew the division sales three-fold prior to his departure. Dan has been an Accountant Executive for an area information technology solution provider, as well as the Credit and Finance Manager for several area Manufacturers.
Dan is dual certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants, holding both his CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) designations. Dan is a graduate of LaSalle Academy and Providence College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. He is married with two children and resides in Seekonk, Massachusetts.
Kevin Hackett

Kevin Hackett has over twenty-three years of financial and human resource experience. He was formerly Manager of Financial Analysis and Budgeting for a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards. He was also a founder and Partner in a successful small business, serving as Chief Financial Officer. His recruiting experience includes his role as Senior Consultant with a Providence-based firm, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals. He was most recently Director of Recruitment at Monster.com, the world's leading recruitment site, in Maynard, Massachusetts.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts.
Steven C. Spirito, CPA

Steven C. Spirito has twenty years of financial management and staffing experience. Steven's recruiting and staffing career began in the mid-1980's with a national search firm where he progressed to Senior Consultant within his first year. His tenure included assignments in the Providence and Boston offices in both the permanent and temporary disciplines. Steven became an owner/operator of Accounting Resources, Incorporated in 1992. Accounting Resources, which was ultimately acquired by an international staffing firm, specialized in accounting, finance, information technology, and executive searches with offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Steven's financial experience includes the Internal Audit Department of Textron, Incorporated, as well as several years in the field of Public Accounting.
Steven earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, and later became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of CPA's, where he serves on the Social Committee (Past Chair) that organizes events to benefit local charities. Steven is married with one child and resides in Edgewood, Rhode Island.
Ricardo Rodriguez

Ricardo Rodriguez has over twenty years of financial management and staffing experience. In 1996, Ricardo began his recruiting and staffing career, first as a staff recruiter and subsequently as a senior search consultant in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area. He specialized in the search of accounting and finance professionals. His previous career history includes six years of public accounting experience with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company, and Arthur Young and Company (Now Ernst and Young). Ricardo also held positions as an Accounting Manager and Controller for various corporations including, Chanel Incorporated, Wyman & Gordon, and Street Cars Incorporated. He is involved in the Rhode Island Youth Hockey and Rhode Island Little Leagues.
Melissa Bouchard

Melissa Bouchard joined Corporate Search Group as a Staffing Consultant. She acquired her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Rhode Island College graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also obtained an Associates Degree from the Community College of Rhode Island. Prior to joining Corporate Search Group she was working for a civil defense law firm in Providence, RI. Melissa currently resides in South Attleboro, Massachusetts.
